Last updated: March 29, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Free World Dialup services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Service Description
Free World Dialup provides SIP-based VoIP telephony services built on open standards. Our service enables calls over internet connectivity using standards-compliant SIP devices and software. Service availability depends on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure. We provide service on an "as-is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Emergency calling features may have limitations or delays compared to traditional telephone service.
Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any fraudulent, false, or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or any purpose that violates applicable law. Prohibited uses include: (a) making fraudulent calls or misrepresenting identity; (b) sending unsolicited bulk communications; (c) attempting to access unauthorized systems; (d) reselling service without authorization; (e) engaging in unlawful recording or wiretapping. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service. We reserve the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
HD Voice Disclaimer
HD Voice quality is only achieved when both endpoints support wideband codecs (such as AMR-WB). If the receiving end uses traditional narrowband codecs, quality will be limited by their equipment. HD Voice quality also depends on adequate internet connectivity and may be affected by network congestion. HD Voice is not guaranteed on calls to traditional phone networks. Network operators and carrier limitations may prevent full HD quality on certain routes.
