- Does FWD support 911?
- No. Keep a mobile phone or landline for emergency calls.
- What do I need to join?
- A phone, a computer, and a standard calling app.
- How do I join?
- Create your account, verify your identity, get your number, and connect your device.
- Why verify identity?
- To create trust. A verified network means the voice on the other end is real.
- Why HD voice?
- Clearer, more natural conversations — voice closer to the way it was spoken.
- Will every call be HD?
- No. Both sides must support AMR-WB, and the call path must preserve it end-to-end.
- What devices work with FWD?
- Any standard SIP phone, ATA, or softphone. No proprietary hardware.
- Where do I configure my SIP device?
- In Settings after login. You'll find your SIP credentials, server details, and codec guidance.
